• Develop and implement strategies to boost student and alumni placements and internships.
• Build strong ties with companies, organizations, and government bodies for hiring.
• Guide students in CV writing, interview prep, and career counseling.
2. Career Fairs, Drives, PSDP & HR Forums
• Organize career fairs and drives (on-campus/virtual) to connect students with employers.
• Host HR forums to explore hiring trends and strategies.
• Run CV clinics and coordinate PSDP sessions with General Education.
3. Mentorship & Industry Engagement
• Set up industry-led mentorship programs for job-seekers.
• Strengthen corporate linkages for employment, research, and commercialization.
• Initiate MOUs with key organizations supporting employability.
4. Surveys & Data Management
• Conduct employer and graduate surveys to track market readiness.
• Collaborate with IRQA to monitor employment outcomes.
• Submit CHEDS data and contribute to national/institutional employability surveys.
5. Experiential Learning & Industry Collaboration
• Integrate experiential learning into curricula through industry partnerships.
• Collaborate on research and commercialization projects with industry stakeholders.
