• Experiment with new ingredients and methods to innovate and elevate menu offerings.
• Supervise and participate in the preparation and plating of dishes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Focus on health-conscious cooking techniques (low-oil, low-salt, nutrient-preserving methods).
• Ensure adherence to kitchen health and safety standards.
• Lead kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and reduce waste through sustainable practices.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain standards for taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
