Team Management: Manage and assign tasks to site laborers, tradesmen, and subcontractors. Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimal manpower allocation.
Quality Control: Ensure all work is executed to the highest quality standards and complies with safety and regulatory requirements. Identify and report any non-conformances to site engineers or project managers.
Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and site safety protocols. Conduct daily toolbox talks and promote a culture of safety among workers.
Material and Equipment Management: Ensure proper use and handling of tools, equipment, and materials on-site. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery of materials.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress and report daily activities and site issues to site engineers or project managers. Assist in planning and sequencing tasks to meet project deadlines.
Problem Solving: Address site-related challenges and provide immediate solutions to ensure smooth workflow. Liaise with site engineers to resolve technical issues on-site.
