Financial Management:Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
System Implementation:Lead the implementation of new accounting or ERP software, including setup, configuration, and data migration. Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless transition and integration.
Process Improvement:Streamline existing accounting processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. Develop and enforce internal controls and financial policies.
Reporting & Analysis:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Compliance & Audit:Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards. Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff. Conduct training sessions related to new accounting software and best practices.
Liaison & Communication:Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders for financial operations. Provide financial advice to senior management and support strategic planning.
