Manage all administrative roles and responsibilities across all functions.
Service the clients on an ongoing basis in a timely efficient manner.
Maintain Calendar for all areas required by the Manager.
Arrange Client meetings, book meeting rooms and confirm client’s attendance.
Keep up to date data bases, records and ensure all information is correct, up to date and well-presented and files in a clear, concise manner.
Liaise with all necessary functions and departments within Continental to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Assist the Manager in acquiring potential clients to expand their customer base.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client needs.
Manage client onboarding processes, guiding new clients through each step to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all commitments are met and clients are kept informed of progress.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, enhancing client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to clients, showcasing project performance and analytics.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align client expectations with service offerings and promotional strategies.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to clients that can enhance their strategic positioning.
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
