Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Conduct cost value reconciliation (CVR).
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering.
Quantity Surveying
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Verify quantities and measurements on-site.
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
Review subcontractor bills and certify payments.
Contract Administration
Draft, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
Handle variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Maintain proper documentation for claims and extensions of time (EOT).
Tendering & Procurement
Analyze tender documents and prepare commercial proposals.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate rates.
Support procurement strategy and vendor selection.
Risk & Compliance
Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on commercial matters.
