Jobs at this level is responsible providing guidance and leadership of the commissioning team(s) and directly responsible for the timely issue of all Project/ corporate commissioning deliverables, coordination within the commissioning team and with various other departments to execute commissioning works.
Accountabilities:
Coordinate tender commissioning input.
Contribute to review and updating of departmental and commissioning procedures.
Resource requirement.
Managing the commissioning team in a timely and professional manner. Liaison with/reporting to PM/CD.
Schedule and Budget for project.
Approve/issue of Precommissioning & Commissioning procedures in conformance with project procedures.
Coordinate activities with Client,
Construction team, Subcontractors, Vendors and various departments within the organization.
Lining up of Subcontracts to support commissioning works.
Ensure progress targets are met and report progress figures accordingly.
Compliance in accordance with HSE and Quality Standard.
