What you will need to do:

• Ensure that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
• Coordinate with other project sections to achieve the above target.
• Ensure that the required resources are available on time.
• Identify problems and resolve them.
• Provide the required technical documentation to his team.
• Ensure timely request for necessary resources, materials, tools etc.
• Maintain and provide details of the work progress.
• Ensure that the works are performed at the required quality standards.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned
• Responsible for overall Site Management
• Coordinate with Project management team
• Coordinate and be liaison with the Customer appointed Site Coordinator.
• Enforcing adherence to contractual scope to all involved parties: employees, subcontractors or vendors, but must importantly to the customer.
• Assignment and Supervision of duties to Site Engineers and appointed Sub-contractors.
• Material Control and Logistics coordination
• Progress Control and Review.

What you will need to have:

• BSc in Civil Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
• At least 5 years of experience as Section Head in Oil & Gas projects (pipeline, well head)
• At least 5 years have been devoted to the management and supervision of major installation and revamp projects for the offshore oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge on construction methods in building project is a must.
• Gulf experience is preferred (ADNOC experience will be highly preferrable).
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Engineering and site installation, changeover and commissioning experience
