1. Contract Management:
o Assume overall responsibility for the CONTRACT from the CONTRACTOR side.
o Ensure compliance with contractual terms and obligations.
2. Initial Proposal Presentation:
o Present the initial proposal for executing the CONTRACT.
3. Effective Communication:
o Act as the conduit between COMPANY and CONTRACTOR.
o Communicate all relevant information related to the CONTRACT promptly.
o Address key personnel changes and project execution delays.
4. Issue Resolution:
o Serve as the focal point for resolving any issues that arise during CONTRACT execution.
o Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between COMPANY and CONTRACTOR.
5. Project Schedule Approval:
o Review and sign-off on individual e-learning content creation project schedules.
6. Quality Assurance:
o Review and approve the final versions of e-learning content (such as CBT Courses or Short Animated Videos).
o Ensure alignment with COMPANY standards and acceptance criteria.
