Collaborate closely with SBD to improve the generation of leads and prospects for welding product portfolio.
- Contribute to the growth of welding product port-folio sales by offering strategic plans and ideas to
management.
- Offer expert product support and advice to the sales team, customers, and partners.
- Provide assistance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they fully understand the product and its
strategies, customized for each segment or client’s needs.
- Foster and maintain relationships to be recognized as a reliable technical consultant.
- Facilitate interactive sessions for product presentations, live demonstrations, and training programs for
clients and business partners.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, assigning tasks to service staff and ensure they
are completed efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized environment for both customers and
employees. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Visit Customers for product recommendations, faults diagnosis & site repairs and report
- Maintain Service records, Service manuals, Spare parts lists, Spares parts Inventory and provide
Management data.
- Visit Principals (Abroad) for training and train service team
