Responsible for the EPC and O&M contracts close-out, claims and variations, and administering the Contracts for the newly awarded projects.
Provide expert services in project contracting activities and coordination for ongoing and new projects.
Provide inputs in the development of contracting procedures in line with company policy.
Implement company contracts policy and procedure in compliance with legal, and financial obligations.
Prepare and administer contracts.
Coordination with the project execution team to monitor all works as per contract.
Deal with the claims arising from contract fulfilment.
Assisting project teams in the preparation of bid documents, pre-qualification documents, bid requests, bid.
Evaluations, contract negotiations and contractor selection.
Contract administration, including change management, waivers, insurance issues, claims mitigation and contract Close-out.
Ensure that the compliance needs of contracts are satisfied including national or international law, insurance Certificates, authority levels and contract approvals.
Ensure that executed project contract agreements are entered into the system.
Review contractor-nominated subcontractor bid lists for acceptability and responsible for subcontract administration.
Manage contract-related correspondence.
