Required to join a Facilities Management consultancy managing operations and maintenance contracts for a government client as part of a transformation program for its Asset & Facilities Management activities. The successful candidate will
·Implement ExPRO standard contracts processes and procedures
·Assure functional compliance for awarded contracts in the areas of performance, guarantees, invoicing and payment, claims etc
· Assess the capability of existing contracts staff and assign appropriate roles and responsibilities
Assist the client in the negotiation of proposals to meet the project objectives
· Upon award of the contract take responsibility for enforcing the contract terms and conditions and managing all changes in accordance with those terms.
