Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coordinator to manage the issuance and processing of various customer letters, as well as other data entry tasks. The role also involves coordinating with a BackOffice company to ensure the physical delivery of customer files to a renowned bank. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism in communication and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Letter Processing: Accurately issue all customer letters and complete associated data entry tasks.
- Coordination with BackOffice :Collaborate with the BackOffice company to ensure the timely delivery of customers’ physical files to the bank.
- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
