Serve as the primary liaison between our Company and other entities, as well as external partners. The role involves managing collaborative projects, supporting marketing and business development initiatives, and handing various administrative and coordination tasks to ensure successful project execution.
1. Project Coordination:
· Act as a project coordinator between our company and other entities.
· Facilitate collaboration on shared projects across the organization.
· Coordinate projects between our company and its external partners.
· Oversee and manage Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), including drafting, reviewing, and signing.
2. Marketing:
· Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement,
· Prepare presentations and demos for exhibitions, client visits, and other promotional events.
3. Business Development:
· Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
· Follow up on tenders and business opportunities, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
