a. Identify training requirements for individuals who will take a HSE lead
6. Standardise HSE Organisation & Reporting Lines
7. Setup Power BI Reporting Template
8. Setup Hierarchy of Reports & Calendar
a. Monthly Asset/Project
b. CEC
c. Properties Board
