- Business Development - Acquiring new corporate accounts by way of Telephone and Sales Calls .
- Develop and update pipeline of prospects
- Schedule face-to-face meetings
- showcasing PowerPoint Presentations to new clients
- Participation in Bids and Tenders
- Preparation & Submission of Value based Service level Agreement/s and commercial proposals
- Key Account Management of attained corporate accounts
- Conducting Business Reviews
- Preparing Action Plans on quarterly basis for submission to Group General Manager
- Monitor and review the client’s performance against assigned targets
- Focusing on alternative revenue streams like Hotel bookings, Travel Insurance, Meet & Greet, and MICE Groups
- Proposing Cost Savings to the clients through Airline corporate agreements & specific route deals.
- Attending Various Networking events, Conferences, Exhibitions, Webinars for generating new leads
- Work with credit controller in assisting for payment follow ups and reconciliations
- Handling Customer complaints
- Suggest Improvement and innovation in travel programs
- Willing to Travel
