Sales/Customer Development
· Meet the monthly sales targets through strategic selling and top notch in-market executions.
· Ensure payments are collected on time and in full as per the finance guidelines
· Identify business opportunities and maximize distribution of SKU’s in different modern trade channels and submit reports with specific recommendations
· Ensure the availability and visibility of the products are continuously achieved by right execution of POP drivers. Ensure best ROIs are generated for every market activity implemented.
· Ensure all the spends are preapproved and reflected in the trackers after the implementation
· Negotiate and assist BDA negotiations with the ASM/Supervisor and ensure that the clauses are implemented
· Monitor / Report competitor activities on a weekly basis and recommendations for improvements
· Maintain a healthy relationship with both established and new customers on a regular basis and avoid any grievances/complaints
· Ensure daily monitoring of merchandisers schedule
Operational Management/Coordination
· Process and check orders efficiently and in a timely manner through HHT device with no errors.
· Work with teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Report on a regular basis to the Supervisor - sales achievement levels and issues, activity report, collection reports etc.
