Overview:
The CRM Manager will play a key role in managing and enhancing customer relationships for the real estate company. This position is responsible for developing and executing CRM department, strategies, driving customer retention, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the business. The role involves leveraging CRM tools to track, analyse, and manage customer data, optimizing marketing campaigns, and ultimately improving client loyalty and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies for customer engagement, retention, and conversion in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring that all customer information is accurate, organized, and secure.
- Plan and execute email campaigns, promotional offers, and other outreach initiatives targeting existing and potential clients.
- Segment customer data based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to create tailored marketing and sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure exceptional customer service and personalized experiences for clients.
- Develop and implement processes to nurture leads throughout the buying journey, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
- Analyse CRM data to generate insights on customer behaviors, campaign performance, and sales trends. Present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure the CRM system is fully integrated with other business tools (e.g., sales, marketing, and finance platforms). Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues as necessary.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on CRM strategies and goals.
- Provide training to staff on CRM systems and best practices, ensuring smooth adoption and usage across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and technological advancements in CRM systems to suggest improvements.
