Provide excellent Customer Service in Play Facility – Smaland - by adhering to entry policies and child care SOPs in order to provide a service in a friendly and professional manner.
What you will do:
Greets and welcomes mothers/guardians with their children on arrival at Smaland.
Ensure the Smaland admission policy is explained in a friendly and professional manner.
Entertain children with agreed activities based on Commercial Calendar.
Ensure the Childs safety is their main priority while they are in Smaland
Makes announcements and pages the customers (parents) if there is any issue with the children in the playroom area.
Handles routine customer complaints promptly and courteously.
Provides a safe environment for children within the area.
Be ready to rotate and work at Information desk to greet customers and address all incoming inquiries.
Ensure all system and emergency procedures are adhered to as per policy / procedure
Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.
