· Greet customers, complete necessary rental information, offer rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer’s signature while using effective techniques to encourage customers to utilize our value added service.
· Rent out cars on daily weekly and monthly basis to walk in and corporate customers.
· Organizing Fleets for all reservations and walk in clients.
· Check cars physically on daily basis for Physical Conditions, Cleanliness and verify the Fuel Level and Mileage.
· Handling the Reservation online and Email for all walk in and Corporate Customers and arranging the vehicles accordingly.
· Taking care of the Service Due and Repair vehicles and transferring such fleets to workshop for immediate service and repairs.
· Handover the cash collections on a daily basis to the accounts department. Handover during Shift change to be done with all the written information / emails or follow-up.
· Responsible for managing assigned location driver, cleaners and vehicles.
· Responsible for the daily activity of counter and has to maintain files and records and update the same in CMS / ADPS.
· Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
· Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
· Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
· Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.
