Act on new order forms received from the team, ensuring immediate processing and alignment with client expectations.
Actively participate in client strategic planning processes, contributing to tailored solutions and service strategies.
Report Compilation & Maintenance
Compile and maintain client-specific reports for performance tracking, project milestones, and service outcomes.
Regularly update client portfolios to reflect current project statuses and other pertinent information.
Portfolio Management
Oversee a client portfolio of approximately 70-80 clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and delivering a high level of customer service.
