Order Management:Accurately process customer orders, manage shipments, and generate invoices. Coordinate with the credit controller and sales team for orders on hold. Handle stock transfers, credit notes, and provide updates to customers and the sales team.
Customer and Sales Support:Address customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product range. Notify customers and the sales team of delivery delays or additional delivery requirements.
Stock Administration:Support stock-related processes, including receipts, transfers, and reconciliation. Assist in stock control and provide data analysis on orders and returns.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer orders and internal documentation. Analyze delivery data, stock returns, and order trends monthly.
Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (Retail, Sales, Credit Controller) and external customers to ensure operational efficiency.
