The Executive- Customer Service will process the orders of the stock across all the skus of the brands in the category / offered by the Brand Owner. This role has no direct people responsibility. ResponsibilitiesAssist the Manager – Customer Experience in ensuring consistent and excellent levels of customer service. This will be achieved by ensuring that all orders received from customers are entered accurately into the system and processed through shipments from correct locations and invoicing.Follow up with the Credit Controller and the Sales team where required when customer orders are placed on hold.
