  • Participate in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the culinary offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team dynamic.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure the perfect doneness and optimal flavor of all dishes.
  • Assist in the creation of daily specials, adapting to seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Perform regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes, ensuring only the best products are served.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
