· Provide design support to Team lead to ensure they are accurate and in line with the defined requirements.

· Generate and deliver necessary drawings, layouts and other relevant architectural details.

· Provide sketches, renders and presentations as required.

· Create 3d models based on project requirements and specifications.

· Be able to take commentaries and directives and ensure constant implementation in the design.

· Support on research and providing design inputs and design solutions.

· Provide support to the Design team in achieving the completion of design projects in line with the milestone dates.

· Assist in review of existing projects in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Assist on doing site visits and meetings with client/landlord.

· Collaborate with other team members, designers, and engineers to ensure accurate representation of design.

· Undertake ownership of architectural drawings and make recommendations for improvement during various design stages and advise the Team lead on any matters arising.
