Roles & Responsibilities

Perform drafting, modelling activities using AutoCAD, PDMS,E3D or other tools based on inputs from Design Engineer/ Lead Engineers.

Carryout drafting and modelling activities for piping and plumbing based on design inputs provided by Design Engineers.

Prepare piping and plumbing layouts, detailed isometric drawings, production /construction drawings and MTOs/ bill of quantities.

Carryout site measurements for preparation of drawings and incorporating changes and comments.

Liaise with other design/ drafting/modelling personnel to identify/ incorporate interfaces.

Follow DDW-D and Project specific drawing and document control procedures.

Ensure comments/ changes are properly tracked and incorporated.

Store/ file drawings and documents in the order as per relevant procedure.

Support procurement and fabrication/ construction activities, keep track of redline mark-ups, as built documentation etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI/+2 Or Diploma in any discipline

Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD and Drafting Tools, MS Office.

5-7 years of relevant experience in drafting & 3D modelling.

Proficient in Drafting & modelling software’s mainly Auto CAD/ Bricks CAD and PDMS/E3D.

Knowledge in MS Office such as Word and Excel.

Knowledge in ERP software preferred.

Knowledge and experience in Ship repair / Offshore Projects.

Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
