You will be responsible for the sales of our Low Voltage Automation product lines covering the territory of Middle East with main focus on industries like Metals, Cement plants, Plastic, Pulp & Paper, Lifting, Mining, Textile HVAC, O&G, Chemicals, F&B, DCP and other industries
To identify and develop new clients in the Metals, Cement, Plastic, Pulp & Paper, Lifting, Mining, Textile, HVAC, O&G, Chemicals, F&B, DCP and other industries.
Main focus on retrofit and replacement opportunities but also identifying opportunities in CAPEX projects for the same segment.
Capable to identify and offer customized solutions where needed to win the project from techno commercial point of view
Own the project responsibility from Presales until the final execution
To liaise with the Project Management and Service team to make sure smooth project execution
To have clear sales strategy beginning of every month with business plan and sales forecasting
To work on weekly and monthly sales targets
Improve business with existing client base and address any concerns in case to win the customer confidence.
Conduct product training and seminars to clients on periodic basis to increase WEG market awareness to influence customer purchase mindset.
Visit customers on daily and weekly basis keeping in mind the target of minimum number of visits assigned by company
