Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing specialist will be responsible for branding, creating, supervising, and optimizing digital
marketing initiatives to increase Sky High HR Provision Services L L C awareness, HR outsourcing,
recruitment services, contract staffing, manpower services and lead conversion via social media. A Digital
Marketing Specialist would be the primary responsibility of this position, he/she must take care of the entire social
media, video logs, websites, articles, etc. Digital marketing specialist responsibilities will include expanding the
company's presence in multiple digital channels, spanning the business spectrum from tech to marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Create an online presence for Sky High HR Provision Services L L C and increase brand awareness.
• Improve the company's Google ranking through online marketing and increase the rating.
• Develop, implement, and direct Sky High HR Provision Services L L C media strategy for multiple
channels including Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in order to
increase brand awareness, generate Recruitment Services, Employment services, HR outsourcing,
Contract staffing, and manpower supply sales, and qualified leads.

• Maintain best practices for SEO, backlinks, keyword research, and other listing elements.

• Define, analyze, and optimize key media performance metrics. Deliver monthly campaign reports on

project key performance indicators.

• Every media campaign should be evaluated based on the value of account KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager, to present the most effective advertisements to UAE market.

• Ensure the execution of social media and marketing strategies with accuracy and efficiency.
• Use marketing channels and media strategies to generate qualified leads which will convert into
sales.

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic media placements for brand development, lead

generation, and other promotional efforts based on segment objectives.

• Develop media strategies for digital marketing with the business leader and align them with the

organization's vision.

• Responsible for the creation of digital content, such as websites, blogs, articles, and animated

explainer videos.

• Conduct daily social media and SEO audits to ensure that best practices are being implemented.
• Assist the management in developing a distinctive brand for Sky High HR Provision Services L L C .
• Provide a comprehensive concept for the Sky High HR Provision Services L L C promotional activities.
• Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and collaborate with the graphics team to
develop engaging display advertisements.

• Broadcast the company's message via social media and other online channels.
• Expand customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
