The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the online & digital marketing activities through direct and indirect marketing channels. The main purpose of this job role is to help improve the customer acquisition, brand building, strategic campaigns, paid social, SEO & SEM analytics and through email marketing.
Core Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our range of home appliances and service department across various platforms, including traditional advertising, digital marketing, social media, and other channels.
• Manage marketing activities for multiple showroom locations, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
• Collaborate with showroom managers and the Head of Retail & E-Commerce to understand local market trends and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Oversee marketing initiatives for our e-commerce website, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
• Utilize existing AMS experience to analyze website traffic and user behaviour to optimize conversion rates and enhance the online shopping experience.
• Establish, in partnership with the Graphics team, updated brand guidelines including ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
• Develop brand awareness campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Create engaging and relevant content for marketing campaigns, including advertisements, blog posts, social media posts, and product descriptions.
• Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
Managerial Responsibilities
• Execute tasks and activities that support the strategic plans set by higher management.
• Report resource needs and shortages to higher management to ensure project continuity.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve team objectives, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.
• Engage in improvement discussions, implementing feedback to enhance performance and support team success.
• Assist in team projects and initiatives, providing input and support to help achieve collective goals and improve team dynamics.
Organizational Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
• Generate regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
• Participate in opportunities to enhance job-specific skills and knowledge, aiding personal and organizational growth.
• Generate and submit regular operational reports on specific tasks and projects to middle management, highlighting key performance metrics and progress updates.
• Follow governance policies and procedures and assist in ensuring compliance with HR, legal, and risk guidelines.
• Support change initiatives by communicating changes to frontline staff and providing feedback.
