Experience
· Maintains incoming and outgoing, scan and log all documents.
· Sets-up and maintains the filing system for the Department and keeps the safe custody of the documents.
· Provides information and coordinates amongst the various departments for the smooth functioning of the office; liaises with company staff and management as and when needed.
· Receiving, scanning and importing (scanned data) of documents (departments and site) to EDMS ensuring proper field description and proper index.
· Prepares and distributes documents to relevant personnel, departments, company and site offices through email, fax, or by way of driver.
· Search and retrieval of documents (using EDMS query and fields) to inquire calls from personnel, site office and departments.
· Filing and archiving of active site and main office documents in document control room, and inactive document to be organized to Central Document Center.
· Carry out any tasks as requested by the management from time-to-time.
· Sending Document Back-ups from site to Head Office as per the procedure twice per week.
· Sending weekly evaluation report for DC on time.
· Preparing & sending weekly project logs update to the concerned.
