We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller (MEP) to manage and control project documentation related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, efficient, and secure handling of all project documents, drawings, and correspondence, supporting the smooth flow of information between departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all MEP-related documents including technical drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, inspection requests, and approvals.
• Implement and maintain document control procedures in line with company and project standards.
• Receive, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
• Ensure the latest revisions of documents and drawings are distributed to relevant parties.
• Archive and safeguard confidential project information.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and other departments to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on document status and highlight any issues.
• Assist in audits and quality control processes.
• Support the project team in maintaining document numbering and file naming conventions.
