Facilities Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a mechanical engineering background with specialized expertise in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of plumbing systems in real estate facilities. As a Facility Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of facility systems with a strong focus on preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and repair costs.Key Responsibilities:Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for mechanical and plumbing systems across the facility.
