Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation tasks related to plumbing systems.Facility Operations Support: Collaborate with the facility management team to provide technical support for ongoing building operations, ensuring all equipment and systems are maintained in optimal working condition.Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards regarding plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Conduct regular safety checks and provide training to the team as needed.Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring that services are performed according to contractual agreements and in a cost-effective manner.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide regular reports on system status, repairs completed, and any potential issues to management.Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in budget preparation for facility maintenance and repairs, including forecasting and managing costs for plumbing and mechanical systems.
