Maintain and manage all project documents (drawings, submittals, RFIs, reports, correspondence).
Ensure proper document control procedures, including logging, tracking, and distribution.
Maintain document registers and tracking systems (incoming/outgoing documents).
Control and manage drawing revisions and version updates.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for document submissions and approvals.
Ensure documents are submitted in compliance with project requirements and timelines.
Archive and maintain both electronic and physical records systematically.
Support project teams in retrieving documents and maintaining proper records.
