Profit & Loss Accountability: Manage the driving range’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
Event Scheduling: Develop and maintain a consistent schedule of events to promote the use of the driving range and attract diverse clientele.
Trackman Range Utilization: Maximize the use of Trackman Range technology to enhance customer experience and improve practice outcomes.
Food & Beverage Operations: Oversee the F&B outlet, ensuring high-quality service and products to enhance the overall customer experience.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise driving range staff, ensuring they deliver excellent service and adhere to company policies.
Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure the driving range and all its amenities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for all users.
Health & Safety Compliance: Implement and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
