Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage RFPs: Handle all MICE RFPs generated by inbound or outbound sales offices, ensuring prompt and effective responses in line with company standards and strategies.
  • Sales Execution: Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed assigned targets, driving overall sales performance.
  • Offer Preparation: Prepare comprehensive offer letters tailored to guest requirements and availability, maintaining adherence to company standards and selling strategies.
  • Information Gathering: Ensure all pertinent details about the event are obtained from the account manager or client directly before preparing offers.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Maximize opportunities for upselling by proposing additional events and activities that complement and enhance the MICE booking.
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain detailed files for major accounts, assisting supervisors in managing the accounts management system effectively.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to sales policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times, maintaining consistency and quality in all sales practices.
