Printing the customer order on daily basis & passing the order picking list to picker.
Cross checking the picked items along with the invoice
Sales posting: Clear the system stock after the product picked, ensure there is no stock

Packing the orders as per standard
Ensure all orders in MAGENTO are being picked and delivered on time, ensure the
quality of products, and handed over to the customers on time without any mistake.
Preparing location in aisle for new stock.
Fulfilling replenishment every week to ensure all the stock with sizes are available in
Ecommerce & updating the quantity in MAGENTO.
Coordinating inventory updates and assisting with stock reconciliation.
Booking shipment of GCC & other countries in DHL, SMSA & EMX courier.
Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and pricing
Checking of the availability of the items in the Stores as per customer Request for Ecom.
Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online orders
Arrange the delivery schedule Ecom driver
Planning the route for the Ecom driver
Validating the petrol and other vehicle expenses
Supporting the warehouse team as they required stores packing & updating GIV in system.
Assisting in Stock Reconciliation or stocktakes in warehouse
Petty Cash Handling - Maintains the Petty Cash float
Document every transaction, including the purpose of the expense, the amount paid, the recipient's signature, and the date.
Handle accounts receivable function - Monthly invoicing and progressive billing.
