• Grow the number of leads coming through the online channels by increasing inbound traffic
• Improve the business throughput with online marketplace channels
• Execute launch and development of the company’s B2B e-commerce platform
• Collaborate with principals to create innovative content ideas
• Liaise with external agencies to monitor progress and work on growth plans
• Ensure platforms are up to date and synced with the latest content
• Carry out regular website technical checks like site speed issues, navigations errors, broken links etc.
• Provide detailed reporting on current trends and key performance metrics to develop and to improve online campaigns
• Maintain intelligence to plan and manage online sales strategy such as promotions, content marketing and advertising.
