Content Creation:
a. Developing Content Ideas: Brainstorm and conceptualize content ideas that align with the brand, marketing goals and target audience.
b. Creative Copy: Annotate content for various platforms, including product literature, websites, social media and email campaigns from a creative standpoint. Write engaging website content that reflects our brand voice
c. Multimedia Production Planning: Manage, product and edit visual content such as images, videos and live content production.
d. Content Calendars: Develop and manage the content for calendars collaboratively to ensure consistent and timely deliverables.
2. Product Catalog Management:
a. Liaise with the supply chain team and brand partners to upload new products across all websites
b. Ensure Product Information Management System are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across all online channels
c. Create high-quality content for product descriptions, titles, and features
3. Social Media Management:
a. Create and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Twitter
b. Engage with our online community on various social media platforms
c. Collaborate with the e-commerce and design teams to develop storylines and storyboards for video content, including YouTube videos and Instagram reels
