KPA 1-Ensuring Electrical Maintenance

· Attend breakdowns.

· Troubleshoot the faults.

· Ensure repairs/replacement of the components.

· Ensure modifications and additions to existing domestic electrical systems

· Clean panels and motors.

· Conduct preventive maintenance.

· Co-ordinate with other departments

· Ensure availability of plant equipments to meet production requirements

· Conduct routine operational checks related to maintenance and repair of electrical equipments and facilities

KPA 2- Reporting and Following Up

· Coordinate with superiors and other sections

· Ensure routine recording, registering and reporting of maintenance activities

· Ensure proper housekeeping of equipment's, job locations and maintenance workshops

· Ensure that industrial safety instructions are practiced
