Key Responsibilities:

• Estimation of retail fit-out projects, including detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure accuracy and alignment of estimates with the project scope and requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, tender submissions, and cost breakdowns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates and industry trends for materials, labor, and other costs.
• Ensure that the estimates are submitted on time, within budget, and meet the client’s specifications.
• Technical evaluation with design team, production team and suppliers
• Coordinating the suppliers-sending the inquiries for the outsource items and following up the quotations.
• Taking Quantity- Preparation of the cost sheets according to the received detail, specifications and BOQ
• Evaluation of subcontractors quotation
• Attend meetings if required, to perceive the requirements of clients, and give necessary advice to the clients for optimization.
