- Checking received BOQ, Specifications and Detail Drawings
- Categorizing the items according to the details
- Identify labour, material and time requirement from proposals and related documents.
- Technical evaluation with design team, production team and suppliers
- Coordinating the suppliers- sending the enquiries for the outsource items and following up the quotations.
- Taking Quantity- Preparation of the cost sheets according to the received detail, specifications and BOQ
- Evaluation of sub-contractors’ quotation
- Preparation of the cost sheet, Specification & BOQ
- Preparation of budget
- Client Management & budget preparation.
- Attend meetings if required, to perceive the requirements of clients, and give necessary advice to the clients for optimization.
- Ensure timely submission of the drawings.
