- Organize personal events for executives, as well as social celebrations such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and other significant gatherings.
- Plan and manage diverse event types, ensuring each gathering—whether a small personal affair or a grand celebration—runs seamlessly and within budget.
- Coordinate celebrity-hosted or attended events, providing an engaging experience for VIP guests.
Artist and Talent Management:
- Source, negotiate, and manage artists, musicians, performers, and other talents for events, ensuring their involvement aligns with the event’s theme and enhances the guest experience.
- Liaise with artist management agencies and agents to handle all logistics, including booking, contracts, travel arrangements, and performance requirements.
Gift Arrangements and Festive Coordination:
- Organize and procure gifts for events like Diwali, Eid, and other festive occasions, selecting items that reflect the company’s culture and meet the unique needs of each celebration.
- Ensure all festive gifts and presents are curated thoughtfully and delivered on schedule.
Venue and Vendor Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and secure event venues, including both indoor and outdoor options suited to event size, purpose, and ambiance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including caterers, decorators, AV technicians, and other service providers.
Budgeting and Reporting:
- Develop detailed budgets for each event, tracking all expenses to ensure financial objectives are met without compromising quality.
- Provide comprehensive post-event reports for stakeholder review, capturing successes, learnings, and areas for improvement.
Team and Client Coordination:
- Lead a team through planning, setup, and execution stages, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations throughout the event lifecycle.
