Roles & Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the teams with the assigned event and coordinate project tasks as per the directives of the management team.
Operational Responsibilities:
· Working closely with the Senior Manager and Manager to provide support on all planning and operational and delivery aspects of the event including adhering to event quality lifecycle procedures
· Ensure event project plan is kept up-to-date with completed tasks
· Create agendas and minutes/actions for all meetings relevant to the event
· Ensure any actions are added to the project plan with assigned responsible person/function/department
· Support and coordinate venue process for event
· Coordinate the process for inventory management for event
· Ensure all documents related to the event are referenced accurately and filed in correct folders in Microsoft OneDrive
· Support on the development of content for the event, more specifically for PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, infographics, etc
