The purpose of the Event Manager is to project manage and deliver a launch event scheduled in July targeting VIPs.  This is a one-month contract position.

The successful candidate must have a strong level of event and project management experience, handling high-end events and activations. The candidate should have great attention to details, creative, able to manage multiple teams and agencies within tight deadlines and ensure from brief to delivery that all activations are compelling to the audience and delivered to the highest quality.

·       Working with the marketing team to create a detailed event project plan and ensure all deliverables are delivered on time and to the highest quality
·       Manage the design and production of the launch event
·       Work closely with creative agency to deliver branding within the event
·       Work to prescribed budgets
·       Handle all logistics of the project
·       Manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies
·       Provide regular event plan updates to the Director of Marketing
·       Provide on-ground support and management of event during the day
·      Create post-event report including analysis and lessons learned
