  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, market demand, and competitors.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, product display, and stock management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, and product availability.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
