We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to support our executive team at a construction site-based office located in Al Khan, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing day-to-day executive and administrative tasks efficiently in a dynamic site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Coordinate and maintain executive calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as a liaison between executive management and internal/external stakeholders
- Support in site-level documentation and project coordination tasks
- Assist with document control and project communication when needed
- Prepare comparison sheets for quotations, materials, to assist in vendor evaluations
