About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced carpenter with expertise in crafting and installing high-quality cabinetry, doors, windows, wardrobes, panels, and furniture. The ideal candidate should have the ability to efficiently execute projects from start to finish, ensuring precision and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft custom cabinetry, wardrobes, furniture, doors, windows, and panels with precision and attention to detail.
• Install finished products, ensuring they are properly aligned, secure, and meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications in English.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to meet design requirements.
• Select appropriate materials and tools for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand requirements and deliver as per expectations.
• Maintain and operate tools, machines, and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation or production.
• Communicate project updates, concerns, and timelines effectively in English and Hindi.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter with expertise in cabinetry, doors, windows, furniture, and panels.
• Proficient in using carpentry tools, machines, and techniques.
• Ability to read and write in English to understand technical documents and work orders.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Hindi.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Efficient time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and work with heavy materials.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a workshop and on-site environment.

Preferred Qualifications:.

• Previous experience in working with high-end joinery or bespoke furniture.
• Familiarity with advanced woodworking machinery and tools.
