Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will create precise technical drawings for custom joinery projects, collaborating with design and production teams to deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software, and prepare precise and accurate technical drawings for joinery projects, including custom cabinetry, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Interpret architectural and design plans to prepare accurate shop drawings.
• Specify materials, finishes, and hardware for each project.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and production staff to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback or project updates.
• Conduct site visits to confirm dimensions when required.
• Maintain clear and organized records of designs, specifications, and materials for future references and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Strong understanding of joinery production techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery or woodworking drafting (preferred).
• Fluency in Hindi (required for communication with local teams and clients).
