Office Admin Roles:
- Clerical duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scanning, photocopying, organizing, and filing of documents.
- Arranging and coordinating maintenance for the tenant's if required.
- Filing the documents
- At the reception, greet managers and guests and offer water, tea, or coffee.
- Managing the office supplies and stocks, contacting suppliers if needed for purchasing.
- Maintaining office cleanliness by checking if it is cleaned and arranged by the cleaner.

- Posting New Listing in Property Finder (Other Portals Related Trakheesi System and PF Expert MyCrm)
- Preparation of Tenancy Contracts and Form-F, Form-A etc.
- Call the clients and landlords
- Act as middlemen between clients and agents
- Tracking of managed properties
- Administration of properties
- Advertisement
- Report to the accounts department
- Coordination between Tenants and landlord
- Arrange viewing and maintenance including move in and move out

- Fluent in English / Verbal Communication
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Real Estate Procedures
- Flexible to work, multi-tasking, and time management.

- Proven Experience in Admin/Secretary/Receptionist/Sales
- Bachelor's Degree
