Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of fit-out workers and subcontractors.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on project requirements and progress.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for fit-out projects.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on-site.
• Address any safety or compliance issues promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the fit-out process.
• Implement effective solutions to ensure project continuity and success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns or changes to project scope.
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and professional service.
